This sweater pattern is the next installment of my Hometown Knits series. This is named after the nearest town where I went to school, where I got my first job, where the theater used to be, and where the grocery store was. There are lots of great memories associated with it. I was known to start walking home from school once it was just barely warm enough, so a sweater was definitely needed. Especially when I was a teenager and went through that jackets aren’t cool phase. lol!

The design is knit from the bottom up, and can have the length customized if needed. I have included the lace at the bottom of the sweater and the ends of the sleeves to make sure that there is warmth in the main body of the sweater, but also makes it airy for when it’s not super cold.
